Craigslist and Facebook will cater more to the personal property transactions

Then, take that property listing and get it everywhere online that you can. List it on all of the classifieds websites (again, Craigslist, Backpage, etc.).

An interesting data point, only 20% of mobile homes in the Unites States are in manufactured home communities, aka mobile home parks. The vast majority, or roughly 80% are located on private land!
